CMCorp is an IT company that offers technology solutions for hotels, law firms, and other sectors.

The challenge was to train new employees as the company was expanding and there would not be enough time to achieve excellence in this.

The solution was an LMS platform to teach all new employees the systems for different sectors and how everything worked at CMCorp.

After developing the content and the ideas for the platform, our goal was to make people feel interested in training via LMS (Learning Management System) and no more in a personalized way. To get that, the senior team created creative incentives for the new collaborators to be used with this new way of transferring expertise.
